Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to all of the below terms upon initial payment.

Availability

Commissions open as slots become available! You may request a commission at any time. If a slot is not available you will be added to the waitlist and will be notified when a slot becomes available.

I take 2-5 commissions at a time and work Thursdays - Sundays on my que.

Artist Commitments

1. Average wait time for completion is approximately 4-10 weeks

2. Customers will be notified of any delays or complications in their commissions as soon as possible.

3. Customers will be provided with at least three (3) progress updates.

4. Customers may request reasonable changes as commission is in progress. (Please note that additional charges may incur with excessive revisions.)*

5. Commission work will only be posted by the artist for gallery/portfolio purposes. (Please notify me before completion if you do not wish to have your piece posted in my Galleries)

Rules

1. FULL PAYMENT required prior to any work.

2. If payment is not received within 48 hours of slot reservation, you will lose that slot.

3. All prices are final and in USD; Invoicing sent via PayPal

4. Once I have started linework your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

5. If you request a refund on a commission purchased through a charity auction (ie. TOA) I will only be able to refund the amount paid to myself. The amount paid to the charity is NON-REFUNDABLE

6. All commissions come with your choice of transparent, single colour, gradient or simple shape background. Detailed background available at an additional charge.

7. All work completed under commission is for personal use and is not subject to profit unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. (This does not apply to subscriber benefits, monetization or donations accumulated by clients who commission me for Twitch/Youtube designs strictly for channel decoration)

8. Under no circumstances may my work be used for the purposes of training AI programs or NFTs

*When requesting revisions, there will be an additional $10 charge after your 10th revision update and an additional $5 charge for every 5 after that due to the additional time I will need to dedicate to your piece. (It is recommended that you notify me of ALL revisions you require at once to avoid this charge).
Complex Design Charges are subject to artist’s discretion; these designs may include things such as; mech art, complicated fantasy designs (elaborate scales, complicated horns, wings etc.), heavy armor, and elaborate poses. Please ask artist if unsure!
**I do not - and will never - charge you a complexity fee for afro-texture hair/braids/twists/locs/etc.

1. 'Style Copying' or Tracing / Editing Another Artists work
2. Anything using GenAI Refs
3. Fan Art of Canon Characters
4. Real Life People
5. Extreme Fetish (Ask if Unsure)
6. Any type of racist, homophobic or otherwise bigoted content
